トップライトからの雨漏りや屋根材の汚れや傷みが目立つので良い方法を検討してほしい。
提案内容
建物の構造が２×６のため、雨漏りの原因となってトップライトは大掛かりになるので 取り外すことは難しく、長期の工事期間になるため既設の屋根材を撤去することもできないので既設屋根材の上に新たに屋根材を被せる工法をご提案いたしました。
トップライトが多いことと、内部が吹き抜けになっていることで夏場が非常に暑く感じられるとのことで、フッ素樹脂遮熱鋼板の屋根材をお勧め致しました。

横暖ルーフ プレミアム フッ素樹脂遮熱鋼板です。
トップライトはすべて板金を加工し、3重で被せましたので雨漏りも心配ありません。
カバー工法のため屋根材が既設面積より伸びるため、軒樋に板金平板を加工したカバーを取付、雨が樋を越えないようにし、樋はすべて塗装いたしました。
施工が完了し、モップで水洗いして完了です。

北西側の屋根には塗膜の剥がれや苔が目立ち、完全に割れている箇所もありました。
以前の台風で棟の板金も飛んでしまい、なくなっています。
Work
足場を組み、飛散防止のためネットをかけます。加工・材料置き場のスペースも作ります。
横暖ルーフの下地となるべニアを張っていきます。反りなどが出ないよう入念に張っていきます。
屋根用防水アスファルトルーフィングを張っていきます。
横暖ルーフ鋼板の張り出しです。しっかりとジョイントをはめ込みます。
棟板金の下地を張ります。
胸を取付、細部にコーキングを施し、完工です。
