リフォームのきっかけ
ご家族にお祝いことがあり、お家の中の片付けや敷地内の整理を始めました。
荷物の移動などがたくさんありましたが、まずはご夫婦のお休みになるお部屋を新たに作らなければ家財や荷物の移動が出来ないため改装工事をしました。
提案内容
コストを抑えるため、極力解体工事が発生しない工法で施工致しました。
和室のため真壁でしたので、柱に下地を組み天井・壁は全てふかして下地を組み、ボードを張りクロスで仕上げ、床材はカラーフロアで納めることでお客様のご予算の範囲に収めることが出来ました。
After
手前の８帖間はお父さんのお部屋になります。
広くて明るいお部屋になりました。
窓が２つ並び解放感がありますね。
１６帖の洋間になりました。
ウッドワン コンビットフロアーです。明るい色合いで光が反射します。
奥の洋間は奥様のお部屋です。
クロスもキレイに仕上がりました。
間仕切りの襖は季節によって取り外します。
Before
繊維壁ですと暗く感じますね。
ただ今、片付けの真最中です。
とても懐かしく感じられるお部屋です。
Work
床の下地になる根太材を調整し高さを確認します。その後しっかり固定していきます。
天井の下地を組んでいきます。
天井の下地にプラスターボードを張っていきます。
壁の出が異なり調整に手を焼いています。
床材カラーフロアーを張っていきます。
ボードがだいぶ張れてきました。この後はクロスを張っていきます。
