リフォームのきっかけ
堀炬燵（コタツ）を作りたい。
南の洋間が冬場に一番過ごし易いので気に入っている。
脚を楽にしたい。
床も傷んできているのでフローリングを張り替えたい。
などのご要望がございました。
提案内容
パナソニックのシステムコタツをご提案させて頂きました。冬場はテーブルを出してコタツになり、夏場はテーブルをしまい、床板（フローリング）蓋を置けば洋間になり今までご使用しているテーブルを置いてもとに戻ります。ただ、足を楽にされたいということであれば夏場はコタツの掛け布団を取ればそのままご利用になれる商品です。ただ、ヒーター部分のすのこを取ってのお掃除は今よりも少し大変になることをご説明させて頂きました。

カラーはコタツと合わせました。（メープルになります。）
最後にもう一度洋間の全景になります。
フローリングとシステムコタツの色合いもあってますね。
これで、暖かい冬にしてくださいね。

既設の洋間の床の状況です。
所々に床ブカはありました。
Work
まずは、システムコタツの寸法に合わせて床を解体していきます。
解体完了です。解体後はゴミを拾いキレイに掃除をします。
解体後に基礎（束石・束柱）を新規で補強します。
その後、断熱材を敷きます。
システムコタツを組立て断熱材の上に本体を置き固定します。
ヒーターを設置し、すのこを置いて完了です。
床下の高さが45㎝以上あれば、どなたのお家でも設置可能です。
