リフォームのきっかけ
浴室のカビが目立つようになってきた。
冬場がかなり寒い。
洗面所を有効に使えるようにしたい。
などのご要望がございました。
提案内容
リクシルのバスルームはダブル保温構造でお湯が冷めにくくなっており、しっかり省エネできます。
また、解体工事後に外壁側や内壁側に断熱材を施工致しますので暖かい浴室になることをご説明させて頂きました。

リクシル システムバスルーム アライズ 1216 サイズです。
Ｌパネルカラー：シャインベージュ 照明器具はネオスライス照明（ＬＥＤです。）
床：キレイサーモ カラー：ベージュ
ドレッサーカウンター ワイドタイプ カラー：ホワイト クランクレス水栓（メタルマット調）
YKKap プラマード ライト（内窓です。）内窓を取り付けて断熱効果をより向上させます。
洗面所兼脱衣場です。洗面化粧台はリクシル ピアラＷ６０㎝のタイプです。カラー：クリエモカ
洗面台は壁付け水栓とハイバックガードでお手入れラクラク。
ダウン機構付アッパーキャビネットです。軽く下手前に引くだけで、出し入れしやすい位置で使えます。
Before
浴室の壁はタイルが張ってありました。
既設の窓はそのまま使用致します。
洗面化粧台に収納スペースが無いために既製品の棚を利用していました。
Work
天・壁・床の解体が完了し、木の下地が出てきました。
内壁にも断熱材を入れ、浴室内の断熱性を向上させます。
給水・給湯・排水管の配管切替も終わり、砕石を入れて転圧します。
湿気を防ぐため防湿シートを敷き・６ミリメッシュを入れます。
システムバスを組んでいきます。まず始めは洗い場を設置していきます。
浴槽を設置して、その後は壁パネルを取り付けていきます。
