外壁の痛みが目立つようになってきた。
外壁のジョイントのコーキングが切れている。
屋根が茶色くなってきている。
ガス給湯器が今年の冬にはダメになりそう。
分譲住宅で建築した会社は倒産してしまい業者さんを探していた。
外壁塗装の訪問販売のチラシやDMが増えてきた。

提案内容

雨漏りは起きてないようでしたが、南東側の外壁サイディングジョイントや窓廻りのコーキングは全て切れており、下地のジョイナーが丸見えの状態でした。

奥様が塗料の匂いが苦手とお聞きし水性塗料を進めましたが、溶剤系との耐候性などの塗料の資質メリット・デメリットをご説明させて頂きました。

外壁・屋根塗装工事・防水工事・給湯器取替工事・エクステリア工事・改修改築・リフォームとエクステリアの専門工事店の良さをお伝えさせて頂きました。

北面外観です。　ツートンで落ち着いた感じに仕上がりました。奥様ご指定のカラーです。

北西から外観です。中央付近帯が白になります。

南東面外観です。　細かい点ですが、エアコンの冷媒配管カバーも３色で塗り分けております。

南面外観です。1階と2階雨戸も戸箱鏡板もあえて外壁に合わせました。

東面外壁です。　外壁サイディングのジョイントの痛みが酷く、防水のためコーキング充填後板金を被せ塗装を施しました。

南東面1階外壁です。外壁のカラーが濃紺なので樋のカラーは白でおさめます。

この綺麗な仕上がりいかがでしょうか。

かなり重症です。塗膜はすでにありません。

西面外観施工前です。何か飛散物当たったような跡が目立ちます。

南面外観です。

足場組完了です。玄関付近の足場の柱は緑のウレタンカバーを被るのはお客様への安全対策になります。

玄関ドアには塗料が付かないように養生します。

外壁サイディングのジョイントです。これからコーキングを充填します。

軒天が綺麗に仕上がりました。

東面2階外壁です。1回目の上塗りが完了しました。

大屋根の鼻隠し・軒樋・竪樋です。ばっちり仕上がりました。
