リフォームのきっかけ
玄関引き戸に鍵を付けたい。
南からの風を入れたい。
鍵を掛けたまま、風を通したい。
などのご要望がございました。
提案内容
以前の玄関戸と比較すると横格子が多いために若干室内側が暗さを感じられるかもしれませんが、風通しを優先し通風タイプの引き戸を選んで頂きました。
雪見障子のように下のガラス障子が上部にスライドすることができて鍵を掛けたまま風を取り込むことが出来ます。
もちろん鍵は3箇所に付いておりますので防犯性能も今より向上することなどをご説明させて頂きました。
After
YKKap 玄関引き戸 れん樹 横格子オーダー品です。
下部のガラス障子が上部にスライドします。
内側左上部の壁との取り合いもキレイにおさまりました。
既設の漆喰壁も補修でキレイに仕上げました。お客様大満足です。
下部は網戸になり、鍵を掛けたまま風を取りこめます。
横格子は太めになっております。
ガラス障子を下した状態です。
中央付近の左右のつまみを押しながら、ガラス障子を引き上げると、網戸になります。
Before
既設の枠を新しい玄関戸の下地として利用します。
既設の漆喰壁は玄関戸を取付後上塗りで仕上げます。
高さ調整の為にコンクリートの敷居は解体します。
Work
既設の玄関引き戸・ランマを取り外します。
コンクリートの敷居を解体・撤去しました。
新しい枠を付けるために下地で調整します。
新し玄関戸の枠を取付後に栂材で額縁を取り付けます。額縁は塗装で仕上げます。
新しい玄関引き戸の敷居下と廻りはモルタルをしっかり詰めて敷居が垂れないようにします。
