リフォームのきっかけ
出入り口ドアの開閉が重くて大変、小さい子や年寄りが手を挟む。
壁の下の方がボロボロになってきた。
お店に展示する商品や道具をまとめて方付け収納しておきたい。
床のクッションフロアを張替たい
お店から住居側があまり見えないようにしたい。
などの多くの要望がありました。
提案内容
お店を利用なさるお客様に年配の方が多いため、ガラス製の出入り口ドアをアルミ枠の付いたガラスドアに変更、部品が破損していたため取替えてドアの開閉をスムーズにしました。
また、築年数６０年以上ということで耐震補強も含め壁を新設し、造作する壁を利用し表のお店側は商品の展示用棚、裏側は機材や道具を収納する棚にしました。もちろん可動棚にてご提案させて頂きました。

テレビ用のカウンターは高さを上げて、他のお客様も見やすいようにしました。
腰板と新しく張り替えた椅子の生地がとても合いますね。
カラフルな設備ともマッチします。
ブラインドも新しいものに取替えました。
お店の出入りとなる通路も広がりました。
造作した収納棚です。こちらは裏側です。
こちらが表側になります。
床のクッションフロア（店舗用）も木目であわせ、張替ました。

今までは家具で仕切ってありました
この大きな梁の下に壁を造作します。
床に日焼けの跡もあり、ブラインドも折れたりしていました。
Work
梁に補強ため３寸の柱を固定します。
収納棚の裏側にカウンターを取付ました。
収納棚の表側の背板は檜のパネルを張っていきます。
店舗と住居の目線を遮るために、格子を取付ました。
格子の裏側にはカウンターを取付、レジ台にします。
収納棚は木部用塗料で仕上げます。
