リフォームのきっかけ

便座の給水管ホース付近からの水が漏れる。
古くなってきたので交換も検討している。
キャビネットの付いたタイプにしたい。
クロスも張り替えたい。
照明器具をＬＥＤのタイプに交換したい。
換気扇も音が大きくなってきたので交換したい。
などの多くのご要望がございました。

提案内容

通常の洋式～洋式への交換工事であれば、リクシルであればリトイレ、ＴＯＴＯであればリモデルの
仕様でしたら半日の工事で完工致します。Ｙ様宅の場合はお家にトイレが3箇所あるため内装工事なども
含み約2日で施工完工いたしました。おトイレの空間が全てキレイになるように、照明器具の交換と換気扇の交換、他紙巻き器やタオルリングなどの交換もお勧めさせて頂きました。

便座のグレードはＨ２３タイプ　スタンダードタイプの便座機能です。


便器の後ろにはクボミがなく、埃などが溜らないようにカバーが付いています。
お掃除がラクになりました。


左のキャビネット収納内部です。給水管や電気の配線を内部に隠しスッキリします。


右のキャビネット収納内部です。棚を付けてトイレットペーパーを保管できます。
棚を外して掃除道具を入れることもできます。


キャビネット上のカウンター部に設置した手洗い器です。
この手洗い器の設置は左右どちらでも可能ですのでお客様のご要望に対応できます。


棚付２連式紙巻き器とリモコンです。
この紙巻き器の棚はキャビネットの扉カラーと合わせることができます。

リフォレの特徴はトイレの間口に合わせてキャビネットを設置出来る事です。
扉を現場でカット・加工することでお客様全てのお家に設置が可能です。

既設のおトイレの状況です。旧ＩＮＡＸのおトイレでした。


以前は便器の後ろやタンクの下などの掃除が本当に大変でした。

Work


おトイレの床が少しブカブカしていたためコンパネ/１２㎜を重ね張りします。


おトイレに入って正面の壁に下地を貼り（ベニア/5.5㎜）どこにでもビスが効くようにします。


下地を張ることでリモコンや紙巻き器、タオルリングなどはお客様の好きなところに取付が出来ます。
雑貨などや写真なども飾れます。
※おトイレにカレンダーを飾ってはいけませんよ。


床に新しいクッションフロアを張りました。


天井と壁も新しいクロスを貼り仕上がりました。
内装を仕上げた後で新しいおトイレを設置していきます。
