リフォームのきっかけ
中古住宅を購入したので内装から水廻りまで改装したい。
暗いので明るい空間にしたい。
2階を仕事場にするので壁のボードを重ね張りしたい。
木製のバルコニーが壊れそうなので撤去してしてほしい。
外壁の傷んだ箇所は補修対応でいいです。
山の上なので虫が気になる。
草が生えないように防草シートを敷きたい。
庭の枕木を撤去してほしい。
玄関ドアを木目調の通風ドアに交換したい。
玄関前の階段通路を広くしたい。
など多くのご要望がございました。すべてご対応させて頂きました。
提案内容
お客様ご自身がデザインの仕事をしており、お仕事の空間と住居となるくつろげる空間にこだわりをお持ちになっていて、最初のお打ち合わせにお伺させて頂いた時にはほぼプランが出来上がっておりました。
私どもさせて頂いたことはお客様のご要望に対して、築年数の経過したお家でしたので「出来る事・出来ない事」を明確にお伝えし、メリット・デメリットをお話させて頂きました。
プランの変更等も工事中ございましたが、私と大工・電気・水道の施工の者たちと柔軟に対応させて頂き工事をさせて頂くことをお伝えさせて頂きました。
お客様も時間がある時には木部塗装や解体工事なども手伝って下さり一緒に楽しく改装工事を進めることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
After
２階の事務所スペースです。アイアンの手摺をお客様デザインのオーダー品になります。
抜くことができない柱は下地を張り、クロスの色を変えてアクセントにしました。
お客様ご自身で塗料を塗られました。
天井が高いためリビングと階段には天井付けファンを設置しました。
リビング収納（クローゼット）の上には壁を作らず、既設の三角のＦＩＸをいかしつつ三角の大きいスペースを作りました。スピーカーや絵画、観葉植物などを置きました。
東側のリビングの天井になります。
モダンなクロスを選んで頂きました。
クロゼットの枕棚になります。
クローゼット内部の棚割です。中断を設置して中段下は市販品の家具のサイズに合わせて造作いたしました。

オーク色になります。
リビングから覗けるキッチンの開口部です。
これから、ステンドガラスを取り付けます。
階段横の棚スペースをカウンター材を使い、お客様のご趣味の洋酒置き場にしました。
リモコンなどもこのスペースに置くようにしました。
Before
施工前のリビングの壁と天井です。羽目板の汚れが目立ちますね。
この2階の壁をほぼ解体・撤去し開放感がある2階事務所にしました。
光は入るのですがかなり暗かったリビングです。
Work
2階の壁を解体しフローリングを張るための準備をします。
2階部階段正面の押入れを解体しました。
リビングの壁にプラスターボードを重ね張りしました。断熱効果も上がります。
クローゼット収納部になる窓は撤去して壁にします。
外部はサイディング張りを行います。
