リフォームのきっかけ
トイレの床がブカブカしてきて今にも抜けそうです。
トイレの便器の下から少し水が出てくる。
明るいおトイレにしたい。
窓の下にカウンターを付けたい。
収納を付けたい。
などのご要望がございました。
提案内容
奥様が床のブカブカを心配して見えましたので、床は重ね張りでしっかりすることをご説明させて頂きました。おトイレはトイレ本体の価格よりも便座の機能によって価格帯が上がってしまうことをご理解して頂きましてスタンダードなプランでご提案させて頂きました。
収納には壁付けの薄型ミドルキャビネットを取り付けて、ペーパーや小物類を収納できるようにさせて頂きました。

窓下にはキャビネットカラーに合わせたカウンターを取り付けました。

既設のトイレを取り外しました。
既設の壁がプリントベニアでしたので、あたらしくクロス下地となるボードを張りました。
新しく床にコンパネ/12㎜を重ね張りしました。
これで奥様のご心配もなくなりました。
こちらが、リクシルリトイレに必要な排水アジャスターです。
トイレの機種によって配管をカットし調整します。
新しい便器を取付いたしました。
壁付け用ミドルキャビネットの内部です。
扉は左右どちらでも取付可能です。取付位置によって変更できます。
