リフォームのきっかけ
車を出来るだけ濡れないようにしたい。
玄関前に雨が降り込まないようにしたい。
テラスを設置したら防犯用にセンサーライトを付けたい。
駐車場を広げたい。
などのお客様のご要望がございました。
提案内容
駐車場に大型のテラスを取り付けたいとのご要望でしたが、冬場の北西の風が強いため屋根材のパネルが飛んでしまう可能性があることをご説明させて頂いて通常よりも多く屋根材ホルダーを
多く取付させて頂きました。
また、ベランダ外壁面への前桁の取付でしたので、ベランダの桁にコーチボルトで固定取付をさせて頂きました。

東側（敷地奥より）撮影しました。屋根材パネルカラーが「かすみ」ですので直射日光を和らげてくれます。
曇りの日の写真です。本体カラーはサッシとあわせてシャイングレーにしました。
西側からの写真です。ガッチリしたリクシル スピーネテラスＦタイプです。
上からの全体の写真です。駐車場がすっぽりとはいりました。
駐車所の奥の砕石敷きの箇所を鋤取りコンクリートを打設しました。
レンガはユニソンソイルレンガ210です。（アソート）
防犯用に人感センサーライトを取り付けました。（市販品です。）
センサーライトを取り付けるために外部コンセントを取り付けました。

本体の躯体を組んでいきます。
柱の根元は40㎝ほど埋込、モルタルでしっかり固定します。
