リフォームのきっかけ
中古住宅を購入したためリフォームしたい。
キッチンをどのメーカーにしていいか迷っている。
廊下からリビングに入るドアを引き戸に変えたい。
明るいキッチンにしたい。
開放的なキッチン・ダイニングにしたい。
予算が合えばトイレも工事をしたい。
お風呂の敷居を取替たい。
などたくさんのご要望がございました。
提案内容
お家の東側（南東）側にリビングダイニングがありますが、お隣が隣接している為に少し明かりが入りにくい状態になってしまっている。
北側面にあるキッチンはせっかくの対面キッチンになっているが吊り戸用の垂れ壁があるために明かりが入りにくく、暗く、奥様が孤立してしまっていたので、吊り戸と垂れ壁を撤去・解体しダイニングからオープンなキッチンにされてはとお話させて頂きました。
また、手元灯やキッチンベースライト、ダイニングペンダントライトなども増設して明るく、落ち着いた雰囲気のキッチンダイニングにさせて頂きました。

吊り戸をなくし、垂れ壁を撤去したので開放感がありダイニングと一体化したキッチンスペースになりました。
開きドアから一本引き戸に取替ました。明かりとりのスリットはアクリル板を使用していますので割れる事はありません。

袖壁・カウンター・垂れ壁を解体・撤去しました。
新しいシステムキッチンを設置するために、下地もキレイに作ります。
新しいシステムキッチンを据え付けるための準備が出来ました。
既設の開きドアです。リビングに入る人とぶつかる恐れがありました。
