浴室が寒い。
床のタイルが捲れてくる。
明るいお風呂にしたい。
床が冷たい。
提案内容
お風呂場のご不満はシステムバスにすることで改善できますが、洗面所兼脱衣場のスペースが狭く、洗面台と洗濯機の位置を変更することで使いやすさを改善させて頂きました。
整髪料や洗剤、小物などが収納されることでスッキリとした空間にすることが出来ました。

アーチライン浴槽 カラー：ピュアホワイトです。コンパクトですがリクシルがゆとりある入浴にこだわりました。
ドレッサーカウンター フラットタイプ
ネオサークル照明（ＬＥＤランプ）です。
兼用壁付けサーモバスシャワー水栓のクロマーレです。
ランドリーパイプです。この商品はオプションになります。
天井点検口 メンテナンスに便利です。
Before
壁や床はタイルででしたので、冬場は非常に冷たかったようです。
腰から上の壁は漆喰で仕上げており、5年に１回ほどのペースで塗装をされてカビを目立たなくされていたようです。
少し移りが悪いですが、ミラーが無く洗面台は使いにくかったようです。
Work
養生を行った後は解体を進めていきます。
解体が半分ほど終了しました。
給水管・給湯管の配管を切替ます。
砕石を敷均し、システムバスの基礎となるコンクリートを打設していきます。メッシュを入れることで強度が出ます。
システムバスの排水管を布設し、パンを設置していきます。
