リフォームのきっかけ
トイレが汚れてきたので取り替えたい。
壁・床がタイルで寒々している。
漆喰の壁のトイレにしたい。
収納棚を付けたい。
提案内容
トイレの中の空間をゴチャゴチャさせずにさっぱりとした空間にしたいとのお話があり、掃除道具やトイレットペーパーなどがたくさん収納できるキャビネットやタンク・水道管・電気コードなどもキャビネット内に隠すことで空間がスッキリできるリクシルのリフォレをお勧めさせて頂きました。

リクシル リフォレ Ｉ型 キャビネット仕様です。
自動開閉蓋と便座です。
お掃除道具や予備のトイレットペーパーなどがリフォレならたくさん収納できます。
カウンター付インテリアリモコンです。もちろん手摺も付いております。
トイレにスッキリ収まる手洗いキャビネット コフレルスリム（壁埋込タイプ）です。
天井のクロスは和風の竹を編んだ模様です。
壁はご主人様のご要望で本漆喰で仕上げました。
床のクッションフロアは住宅用ではご希望の柄が無く、店舗用で選びました。
Before
3面の壁がタイルで仕上げており、寒々してました。
タイルの壁です。
ご主人がＤＩＹで白い壁に塗装しておりました。
Work
まずは、タンク・便座・便器と取り外していきます。
壁や床のタイルを解体していきます。
解体後に壁の下地組や床の下地を造作します。
プラスターボードで漆喰の下地を造作します。
本漆喰で腰から上の壁を仕上げます。ご主人様も仕上がりに大満足です！！
腰壁は杉板で仕上げました。
