草取りが大変で何とかしたい。少しでもいいから雑草が生えにくくしたい。
動物を飼っているから、除草剤は負けない。
子供達の車が増えたので、駐車場を広げたい。家の横まで車が入れるようにしたい。
以前工事をした建築会社が処分しなかった屋根の土も処分してほしい。
などのご要望がございました。
提案内容
かなり広い敷地でしたので、夏場の草刈りは相当な労力がかかっていたようでした。
本来であれば防草シートを敷き、０無しの細かい砕石を敷き均したかったのですが、ご近所に猫が多く細かい砕石ですと格好のトイレになってしまいます。
その為、防草シートは敷かずに0無しの20㎜～30㎜の砕石を敷き均していただきました。
今後ひょっとするとまた、畑に戻す可能性もあるということをお聞きして今回の施工方法にいたしました。

砕石20㎜～30㎜を敷き均し、しっかり転圧を行った全景です。
0無し：よ～くご覧になると細かい粒子が無いのがわかりますよね。
これだけ、キレイにしても4月から9月中旬頃までは雑草が生えますからね。
敷地内への土間コンクリート打ちを行いました。
既設の傷んだ（割れた）コンクリートやアスファルトは解体しました。
水路への排水もU字溝から塩ビ管に切替てから、土間コンクリートを打設しました。滑らないように刷毛引き仕上げにいたしました。

Work
小型の重機を入れ場内を鋤取っていきます。
表面の土を10㎝から15㎝ほど鋤取りました。
こんなに多くの残土が発生しました。この土は隣の畑の低い箇所に移動します。ご近所の方も土がほしいとおっしゃって下さり助かりました。ありがとうございました。
