リフォームのきっかけ
家を建て替えるため新築の外構工事をお願いしたい。
植栽はあまりいりません。
建物の雰囲気に合った重厚感のある門扉・門壁を作りたい。
犬の遊ぶ場所を広く取りたい。
犬の足が土であまり、汚れないようにしたい。
仕事からの帰りが遅いので、夜は明るくしておきたい。
などのたくさんのご要望がございました。
提案内容
お家の周りに建物が少なく、風の強い地域の為カーポートやテラスなどのアルミ製品の設置は控えて頂き、門扉や照明などを多く設置して防犯面を強化して頂きました。
また、以前はお家の周りをブロックとフェンスで囲ってしまっており、駐車場のスペースがなかったので今回はブロック・フェンスを全て撤去し駐車場を広く取りました。
ご新築の建物がタイルの外壁で重厚感があるため、出来るだけ外壁のタイルに合わせた門構えになるようにプランをご提案させて頂きました。
After
門壁に張ったペイルストーン ラスティックスレートが重厚感を感じさせます。
門壁横にユニソンワズロックを積み、植栽を隙間に植えカナディアンロック調にしました。
お庭にもユニソンワズロックで小さめの花壇を作りました。
ワンちゃんたちの人工芝のお庭です。人工芝の下には防草シートなども敷き、雑草が生えることはありません。
リクシル 片開き門扉 ジオーナFM型09-16クリエダークとワンちゃんたちが出ないように角パイプで格子を作りました。
北側の勝手口には角パイプと建て替え前に利用していた正面門扉を取付ました。鋳物の門扉ですので立派ですね。
建てられた建築会社様が散水とガーデンパンを取付ましたがユニソンのナーガスタンド シャンパンベージュに取替ました。
再度重厚感のある門壁と素敵な門扉をご覧ください。
Before
撤去前のお庭の植栽です。撤去前にお祓いを行い植え替え致しました。
掘削・鋤取り前の正面駐車場の状態です。
工事前の北側の駐車場の状態です。
Work
まずは、南側のお庭から重機を入れて掘削・鋤取りを行っていきます。
お庭スペースには人工芝の下地となるサバ土を敷均ししっかりと転圧を行います。
駐車場部も鋤取りが完了し、コンクリートの下地となる砕石を敷均ししっかりと転圧を行いました。お客様の危険防止のために保安設備を設置します
門壁の下地となるブロック積が完了しました。
人工芝の下地となる路盤を転圧し完了しました。
西側・北側は防草シートザバーン敷き、中津川砂利を敷均しました。
