リフォームのきっかけ
男の子のお孫さんがたまに遊びに来てくれるのはとても嬉しいのですが、おトイレを少し汚すので清潔で掃除のし易い空間にしたいと思っていました。
提案内容
匂いや汚れを気にされていらしゃるようでしたので、クロスやクッションフロアなどの塩ビ製の内装材ではなく、汚れてもサッとひと拭きでキレイになる。タカラ独自のホーロー。
ホーロークリーントイレパネルをお勧めさせて頂きました。

温水洗浄便座です。
便座を上げてみますと、何かが違います。
便器のフロントにフチがありません。フロントスリムの便器です。

Before
工事前のトイレです。
既設天井です。この材質はジプトーンの為、直接クロスを貼ることはできません。
既設窓（サッシ）です。サッシ枠は塗装で仕上げます。
Work
既設のトイレ（便座・タンク・便器）を撤去しました。
天井にベニアを張り、クロスの下地を作ります。
床板は２重張りにします。
ホーローフロアパネルを床に張ります。
排水アジャスターを設置します。
ホーローパネルから上の壁はクロスで仕上げ、棚やサッシ枠は白の塗料で塗装しました。
