塗膜の劣化が酷いため、下処理２回、上塗り２回の４工程にて施工いたしました。

南面スレート瓦屋根全景 棟板金は再度ステンレス釘を打ち、ジョイント部にはウレタンコーキングを充填します。
セラミック成分が紫外線に耐え、塗膜耐久性をUPします。
高鮮映で肉持ち感ある塗膜になり、太陽光でまぶしく輝くます。
対UV強化剤が紫外線を吸収し、塗膜耐久性をUPします。
防藻、防カビ性があり、外部からの菌を塗膜で抑制します。
Before
南面施工前 藻が多く付着しています。
白くなっている箇所は塗膜が劣化し剥がれている箇所です。
スレート瓦に反りが出てきてます。
Work
高圧洗浄機で洗っていきます。
藻と劣化した古い塗膜が取れていきます。
洗浄し乾燥後に下地材となる日本ペイント１液ベストシーラーを塗っていきます。
洗浄後しっかりと乾燥しました。
シーラー材を塗っていきます。
棟の板金には錆止めを塗り、上塗りを掛けていきます。
